M'sia may again roti prata to slash the minimum price for foreign buyers by half to RM500,000. Demand may then make a come back n everyone one will rush back in...:) |

As I said, just watch lor! It' s your money vs only my thoughts and sentiments. I am not vested in Iskander. So what if you say so much, can talk up the price of the properties? Maybe Iskander do very well, so what do I care since I am not vested? If you are so confident, why even bother to post? As if it would influence the price of the properties in Iskander? And if it won' t why would you bother about my sentiments? Got it kiddo?

I can tell u a honest truth. Iskandar nor malaysia will go down so easily without a decent fight. Even if it does go dwn in it will also drag sg along with it. Sg is so closely tied up in this region u really think it is so superpower till it can stand on its own? Dont be naive leh. Know so much abt economics but dont know abt history or macro. U are looking only at present conditions which arent favorable at moment. Did u see how sg goes all out to help her neighbours when in need & in trouble? Sg is always the first to chut hands, becos she knows she cant stand alone and if others go down she also scared will be dragged down. | ||||

After I learnt that opposition took over Nusajaya which includes Iskander, the first thought that came to mind is that Iskander is going down. Not sure if the Central Govt will takang Nusajaya, but it should be so. Look at Potong Pasir, like a slum. Everywhere it' s the same, this is the frailty of mankind. You join me, I back you up, otherwise I screw you big time. But it need not be so. |

In M' sia' . big city like JB, KL and big town. A plate of veg rice can cost RM$8 to 1RM$10= SGD$3.50 , chicken rice, noodle and tea or coffee, had also gone up as compare to their earning power, especially RM$ salary folks. In do so, Income earn will continue to widen their even widening income gap. Which can cost ordinary folks to pay more from their pocket as their salary earn do not match their purchsing power, couple with ever raising inflation added.

Thank you very much. To me the thing I know is that a plate of chicken rice, a bowl of noodle,and cup of coffee cost so much more here compared to cross the causeway . It' s only 1 km way and not across the ocean like afrIca. Any really thank you.

How states and countries is run?. How rich becoming super rich and so on...leaving poor becoming poorer and so on....and how CPI can teach us and reach us is a matter on how we wanted our life to be govern by a few leaders. It is just like those Arab fighting to force U.S. shale oil which production cost above U.S.$40/- per barrel against their less then U.S.$10/- per barrel. then again Russia as world biggest oil producerv will have to took the hit. Question is - Isit U.S. aiming to ruin Russia B' cos of Ukraine' s?. Russia is lossing many hundred of billion in dollars term every month.
