Let me say something. Utilities are affordable in msia. Monthly Avg abt RM100+ per household. In sg, bill easily $200-$300. Ofcos wages are higher in sg than msia. But hdb costs v high in sg, cheapest sgd200k+ in msia abt RM100k+ next year april msia will implement GST.

Did I say anything untrue?  Go check it out.  Isn' t Iskander under opposition?  Simple yes or no.  If yes, then why would govt not kill the opposition?      Simple yes or no.      I think you already know. So it' s not a question of mouth being smelly.    It' s a question of honesty.    Tell me you didn' t know.

Already got RPGT 30%. What msia garmen must do now is to think how to curb short speculation on its currency and act fast. Dont wait till drop to 3 ringgit then action. Maybe can peg it back to USD? Losing thousands of dollars leow. Worse than stocks. If ringgit goes down further hong gan liao eat grass.

When a country has problems, the ruling elite will try to divert attention from the problems by creating new issues, channeling the energies of the ppl to their purpose. Guess what Msia gonna do? Start a hate Singaporean campaign like Mahathir used to like to do very very often.      Start a hate foreign labour campaign. Running out of ideas.    What else could they do to divert the ppl' s attention?        the horror would be to resort to religious, racial lines. Likely they would go for " hate Singaporean" .        Fasten your seatbelt.       |

Every country has their problems, Msia is so close to us, their problems spill over to us. Who they get as rulers they decide for themselves, same as who we get as our rulers it' s one man one vote.  After the vote is counted, just accept the rulers and live within the rules they create. This is the nature of being happy and satisfied.  May not have the ideal, the best, but we  can' t, even USA look at the dud they got in power, lame duck Obama. As investors and traders, we owe it to our families, ourselves to know what is going on around us so we don invest in the wrong asset and get our monies sunk. Separate politics from investment.    Investment or trading is objective, impersonal.  It can make you rich.    Or make you very poor. |

It' s easy to be say things about other. First we must look at ourself. Does our gov care about us? Some pointer to consider : are our basic food ie cooking oil ,flour, rice and petrol subsided by our gov like over the causeway? are our gst higher than our northern neighbor ? so corruption is impt. Look at ourself are we as clean as you thought . Think twice   |

They may slaughter Iskander.    Isn' t it under opposition?      What Msia need is money, first they raise the entry/exit fees, next they will think of ways to extract taxes from Singaporeans. Country is not going to do well in 2015, with that kind of lazy attitude and corruption at high levels, Msia gonna get sunk quickly.

Lower oil price struck Malaysia a body blow, it was already having balance of payments issues before, but it' s going to get worse as budget deficits will balloon up.    Palm oil prices have also hit them badly, there' s oversupply of edible oils globally, don know when it will recover. Ringgit could get a lot worse. It' s best for us not to hold any assets in Ringgit.        The country is all along very lax with security, now going Msia is not a good idea, there are a lot of illegal immigrants and safety is an issue as their police are all in the police station playing carrom. Pity the Msians, the hardworking ones will suffer.  Tax sure to go up.      |

Penang is another area of concern. With the so many news of decapitated bodies, headless bodies found, not just Myanmar nationals as other female bodies in suitcases were also found. We are talking of over 20 cases in just 1 year or so. How to visit Penang with such scary statistic? With so many China nationals giving Malaysia a miss, whether for leisure or for businesses, Malaysia is facing a huge problem as China is supposed to be the rising star to help prop up its economy. Falling ringgit is one other concern for property investors in Malaysia |

A Singaporean man and his baby had to leap out of the rented MPV they were in after it was hijacked in Johor.
Their family of eight were on the way back from a holiday in Genting on Nov 23, and had made a pit stop at Yong Peng. Everyone except the man and his son got out to buy snacks at a supermarket. That was when two men approached and entered the car, which was not locked. A white Honda City moved to block the front of the MPV. The robbers made off with the man's documents, computers and seven suitcases. - See more at: http://www.tnp.sg/news/spore-man-toddler-jumps-car-after-its-carjacked#sthash.t9MUhmAq.dpuf |
