How u know they not doing anything to turn the business from bad into profitable? If they really not doing real business might as well fold the company? I dun c any problem with getting investors in to tide them thru..At least they not doing rights issue to take $$ from shareholders to operate rite?

Exactly right. But there will be punters who will try to time and make money out of penny run. But this counter very dangerous. Read statement issued. They had to call for emergency interim loan from this same party. Otherwise would have just simply run out of operating funds.

When there is a black hole, $30mio would last just nano-seconds before disappearing completely into the abyss. Seems like RIGHT HAND gives loan to pay down LEFT HAND ( both hands belong to the same BODY ). The fundamentals are weakening. Management spent 99% of energy looking for the next LOAN ROLLER OVER and 1% on turning the BAD business into profitable. Like those old and terminal patients on life support at the hospital, get extra days of " LIFE" laying in the sick beds waiting for the MIRACLE DRUG to save them. |

Think there should be some near term positive effect. Ppl may start speculating.. rushing to buy etc... therfore price will go up.. if u see this happen.. can buy some to avg down and help you quickly exit... Key is getting in before the crowd... U might wanna que at a few price level before market open.. eg.. 0.011, 0.012, 0.013, 0.014.. Monitor the matching before market open.. and remove the redundant que price accordingly.

I think when the bid was at 0.011/0.012... Many would think it may go below 0.01... nevertheless... if this stock is going up... still ok to get it couple of bids higher...

KEY TO HER SURVIVAL - $30MILLIONS LOAN that is dearly needed for daily operational expenses. The TERM SHEET expired Oct 27 and no sign of any agreement. Without this LOAN ROLL-OVER, management will be hard pressed to stay afloat. Q3 should be worst than Q2. |

Assuming the Q3 results is bad again, someones (management teams or insiders) know it earlier could have shed it.To small investors better never bet to think that this counter will revive anytime soon, anyway take it at your own risks to buy now. |

Exactly as I thought, yesterday was just the window dressing to entice people buying. Those buying it are all hang over it for many years unless wanted to cut loss. Who knows it will just got suspended and wiped out entirely. |
