Consider substantial since Pacific Andes took up 70.51%, next Carlyle 11.09% and Global Thematic is third 2.53%.

If Global Thematic continues to up their stake, the float get even smaller. Currently minusing the TOP 20 shareholders, what is left behind is ~8% .... any upward swing is going to be sporadic.

It is not about Carlyle' s warrants rather the TOP 1 & 2 have kept their holdings ? Now you have Global Thematic upping their stake. All the TOP 3 are investing for long term.

It is under Golden Target Pacific Limited. Now it shows Pacific Andes ... ???

Anyway Global Thematic Partners did take up a substantial amount in CF ... 2.53%

Just the TOP 5 alone is already ~ 85% remaining float is merely 15%

Leongsan, you may want to show when and how you have extracted the figure.

Anyway I don' t see and think, CF is going to run off with the price so soon afterall the global market is choppy. Will wait and see.

Pacific Andes has utilised ~ $6m while Global Thematic has invested ~$16m

If I am not wrong, Pacific Andes has increased their stake 0.81%. Previously under Super Investment Ltd. The last 20 TOP 20 owners don' t have PA. They have been buying back from the market at the low. Maybe this explained why the price has been pressed down. They have the cappacity to hold down the price. 

We retailer investors have been fooled. I have released my holdings after all the wait .... haizz. Now I know why .... the mother company is buying up the shares.

Ez, you are right. As you have posted, Global Thematic Partners, uses thematic investment, a powerful approach that have been refined over many years. They do thorough and independent research with risk management to seek long-term value creation for their clients

In general, Thematic Investing is considered to mean a top-down investment approach with a focus on broader, macroeconomic themes that a fund manager can use to identify strong companies.

They have increased their holding and is the 3 largest owner after Carlyle Group.

Still maintain, Equilibrium is positive.

Actually, it' d be better for an EN to happen quickly cos it' s not going away, but only being pushed back till don' t know when - which translates into uncertainty in profitibility/loss for CF.  If an EN happens now, we can be more sure that next year or two, no EN, likely to translate into better performance for CF so that the debt can be partially paid off at least and earnings can be more normalised.
