Ltd. (&ldquo ECS&rdquo ) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Everglory Radiators (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. (&ldquo ERS&rdquo ) in Shenyang, the capital city of Liaoning province, China. ERS will manufacture a new-tech radiator in a leased facility located in the Free Trade Zone (&ldquo FTZ&rdquo ) of the Hunnan district of Shenyang. The Company has moved from recycling to manufacturing, and aims to become a leading world player in copper-based industrial products. As part of that strategy and through its investment in ECS, it will develop and build a new product with the assistance of a renowned German-Swedish company in a technological collaboration. Using a new material and state-of-the-art metal processing knowhow, ERS will produce heat exchangers such as the CuproBraze core as shown in the picture below. The new product aims to replace conventional radiators in power generators and heavy vehicles as it is lighter and smaller, yet stronger and more efficient in heat dissipation. ECS has prototyped limited units of the new-tech CuproBraze radiators in joint efforts with leading power generator manufacturers in the US over the past two years. These new radiators have gained acceptance among the customers. The new factory in Shenyang will begin production in early 2015. It will be the manufacturing base of the CuproBraze radiator, a key component that will be exported to the world&rsquo s major power generator companies in the United States, Europe, Japan and other parts of Asia. The geographical proximity of ERS to the three north-eastern provinces of China also makes it easier for penetration to this traditional heavy industry region in the country. The incorporation of ERS is funded by internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings and net tangible asset per share of the Group for the financial year ending  31 December 2014. The Group expects the radiator business to contribute to its revenue and profit in the financial year ending 31 December 2015. The Company will make the necessary disclosures as and when there are material developments.
