There are another 2.9 billion warrant will be covert in about two months time, after which the number of share will be around 12 billion, need to watch out for consolidation..!!

They are making profit of $4-7 million for few years already. They are giving small dividend for the last 2 years.

However last quarter they make a small loss due to high rental and manpower cost in Singapore but also inclusion of some " fee" paid to  their newly aquired Shenzhen Quanli for their customer list.

This will be a good penny stock to invest for at least 2-3 years.

Will consider buying the share, 1000 to 2000 lots as long term investment.   I am thinking of going into a good multi bagger penny stock in its penny status of between half to 2 cents and thought mDR may be one of some good candidates for my future capital growth.

If you are in for short term gain then this stock is not for you. Some information for you to research before you decide to invest.

- mDR are the sole distributor of Nokia products in Singapore and Myanmar. It  is appotined by Nokia as the aftermarket  service provider in Myanmar(Yangon)    and  also service Samsung/Sony products in Singapore.

- mDR distributes/retail products for Singtel, M1, Samsung, Sony  LG, OPPO & Hauwei in Singapore.

- Its GadgetWorld shop in Singapore is planning for expansion to Philipines and Malaysia

- Its outdoor advertising company Pixio in Malaysia is planning for expansion to Myanmar

- Singapore has a population of 5-6 million. Myanmar has more then 60 million population and only 5-6 million people owns a mobile subscription. The business potential  in Myanmar is  interesting and  mDR has a reliable, influential  and reputable partner Golden Star Group for them to expand their business there. Without a partner in Myanmar, you cant distribute any product.

Foreign telecom companies to introduce SIM cards

Foreign telecom companies, Ooredoo and Telenor are preparing to launch the sale of their new SIM cards in August and September, according to company sources.
Although Ooredoo Myanmar originally said it will begin in August, they may even begin earlier, while Telenor are plying for time and will launch as planned in September.
&ldquo We don&rsquo t know when the sale will be. But I am certain that it is nearer,&rdquo said Ooredoo Myanmar&rsquo s information manager Thiri Kyarnyo.
As of July all Ooredoo staff are already using SIM cards with numbers starting with 0997 which includes internet subscription but they can use only internally.
Ooredoo has chosen six distributors in different regions and has connected with mobile shops. Telenor Myanmar already announced its target sale date to September and they will begin distributing around Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon and Mandalay.
Both companies plan to introduce SIM cards in some big towns and have promised to provide mobile network cover accross the country within the next five years. 
&ldquo They have to give promise of the SIM card sale after they have been given telecommunication license. Ooredoo said they will start their sale in August and Telenor in September. There will be actions if they cannot start their sales in the time they promised to launch,&rdquo said Than Tun Aung from the Directorate of Telecommunications.

I believe each distributor given certain territory. Mandalay is 2nd largest in Myanmar with about 20 million population. mDR got a big piece of the cake and they are looking at aquisition of dealers in Mandalay for more business opportunity. They are also planning for more shops and probably another service center in Mandalay for other phone manufacturer other then Nokia. Expect more good news ahead as teleco biz momentum picks up this 2-3 years. Note that they are going to start selling sim cards in Aug 2014.

Where did it mention 6 companies? 

From what I found Mandalay itself already about 20 million population. Quite substantial compared to Sg 5-6million and already saturated market.
