Yup, Yingli is Rosesyrup.   She has the same MO (modus operandi).   She likes to talk down stocks so that she can buy lower. Looks like this POS is another Han Hui Hui who cannot get a decent well paying job and thus resorts to being a rabble rouser cum irritating troll

Kind of silly for Yingli to continue posting property related news on a construction counter thread like Yongnam, duh
It is definitely more appropriate to post such news on related property stocks instead.   But here Yingli fka Rosesyrup knows that nobody hiew Yongnam so she just does as she pleases. Anybody want to guess why she doesn' t dare to post such news on the various property counter threads but instead choose Yongnam?   Maybe she scare scare kena scold upside down if she dares post all these news on other threads.   Wahahahahah

I think fundamentally Yongnam  is not that bad but no growth driver. Not sure when the price floor of $0.20 kicks in at 2015. I am quite sure Yongname needs a share conso.

after a year and a half waiting and seeing the price drops bit by bit, I give up yongam lately.   If i cut loss earlier, my loss would be smaller. Although i sold all my holdings, I still hope the people who are still holding yongnam can see the light soon.   Good luck. |

Lol bro, you don' t know how bad the situation is nia LOL I got one friend working in ERA one........he is one of the most successful Junior manager. According to him, some developers can' t even sell their inventories that they have to sell to own employees at a discount. Those employees can later sell to market. Also in some show house.........you see quite a number of customers but they are family members of the developers employees.

Housing NPL ratio could be at risk. In Singapore, cases of expensive homes sold at significant losses have stoked fears of more to come, potentially crimping banks&rsquo profitability. According to a research note from Maybank Kim Eng, however, history has showed that even during 1998-2003 when Singapore and ASEAN were buffeted by major economic setbacks, housing NPL ratios stayed below 5%. Hard lessons learned, the impact should be more manageable in another major crisis, said the report. At a 9.8% housing NPL ratio (currently 0.5%), extrapolated from OCBC&rsquo s peak during the Asian financial crisis, UOB should be the most vulnerable, with a 17.8% EPS risk. OCBC is next, with 14.0% and DBS, with 13.9%. Here' s more from Maybank Kim Eng:
