x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that MDR Golden Myanmar Sea Company Limited ("MDR Golden"), the business partner of the Company's subsidiary, MDR Myanmar Company, Limited ("MDR Myanmar") has executed a 3-year Distribution Agreement with Ooredoo Myanmar Limited ("Ooredoo"), to distribute SIM cards, top up cards and such other telecommunication services related products in 22 townships within the region of Mandalay, Myanmar. Ooredoo is one of the two foreign telecommunication operators who have signed a nationwide telecommunication licence agreement with the Myanmar Government early this year. The rollout of mobile communication services by Ooredoo is expected by August 2014. MDR Golden is proud to partner Ooredoo in its commitment to deliver a world-class mobile communication network and services to the people of Myanmar, and looks forward to a mutually beneficial business relationship that will grow alongside the rapid development of the telecommunication industry in Myanmar in the near future. MDR Myanmar provides consultancy and retail franchisee procurement services to MDR Golden. The appointment of MDR Golden as a distributor of Ooredoo s products will assist MDR Golden in making inroads into the untapped telecommunications market with significant growth potential in Myanmar.

Source definitely reliable and there are numerous myanmar job listing in May-June for sales executive/driver/accountant/IT executive/mobile service technician looking into biz expansion to other area of Myanmar.  mDR are really lousy in investor relation and never annouce any news even contract already in the pocket. They are Huawei platinum distributor and no single annoucement in sgx. They are distributing OPPO phones but also no news. And I have to find these news from annual report, websites, facebook etc.  Ooredoo already officially annouced they selling sim card in July 2014. Telenor luanch is Sept 2014.
