maybe the trading pattern will follow hankore. ie: next 1-2 weeks maybe slowly sliding down. If no more " news" out , then 2 weeks later price rise again just like hankore. BUT if Tianjin keep biting Mr Ren , then evolve to a prolonged investigation or even court case, then i think no good liow.. at least for hankore, no news is good news. But dunno how this YZJ will impact the rest of s-chip. Suay Suay story from Eratat is out today, Acting CEO quits as now confirmed 500+ million RMB in the china bank is gone and acting CEO is not paid, so he resigned. And 31 May is the deadline for Hankore RTO.. if by Monday morning no news of the RTO, is really going to compound misery to s-chip on monday

Next, there will be pple here who will challenge each other see who correct, next the price will recover and the doomsayers will disappear... Truth is that the yzj 5 years ago is not the same as now. A report on Ren Yuanlin was out on Tuesday, only today late afternoon then reaction. The drop follows a news report this website ran on Tuesday. Tianjin Guoheng Railway Holding, a listed railway company in China, announced earlier this week that it has reported several illegal activities of the company&rsquo s largest shareholder, Ren Yuanlin, to authorities. Ren, who controls several companies including Singapore-listed Yangzijiang, made an acquisition of 12.11% equity in Tianjin Guoheng in January this year through one of his controlling companies and became the largest shareholder of Tianjin Guoheng. In an update, Tianjin Guoheng announced yesterday that it plans to hire Beijing W& H law firm to represent the company to report further alleged illegal activities regarding the company&rsquo s largest shareholder, Taixing Liyuan, a company controlled by Ren. Tianjin Gouheng is looking to request compensation. As of 4.20pm shares in Yangzijiang had fallen 10.5 cents, down 9.292% to S$1.025 with 40 minutes to go before the Singapore Exchange closes for the week. Some 61m shares were traded today. Guys, this is no laughing matter.. dont rush in to accumulate unless u r prepared to lose everything. Banks can force sell his shares if he pledged them as margin, which is highly common in China. This is no quick fix, and be prepared to hold onto it for a while before interest comes back. Especially if it falls out of STI reserve list. Me? I will wait for the spike up and short, that will be the trap the BB will make. Push up a little and make everyone rush in. DO NOT BE EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO THE COUNTERS U BUY!!! |

even so, u look at hankore u know the drop will last at least 1-2 weeks, then stabilise for 1-2 weeks, then start moving up again if everything turns out to be ok.. But this YZJ comes just when Hankore is recovering.. is like kana stab and ur wound is recovering, then another stab into ur recovering wound.. so I dun know this time takes how long..

A good company with strong fundamentals will always come back. However at this point thr charts look terrible. Trade with care..better to let the dust settle. These things do not go away in one day. |

From other forum, somebody mention that UOBKH analyst say that Ren Yuanlin and shareholders of Tianjin don' t see eye to eye with each other. In the end, the railway want to get rid of Ren Yuanlin as a shareholder, and resort to such a method. Looks like even within the board of a company, also got politics. Sian by 1/2. |

I agree that YZJ is the king of S-Chip. In fact, it is the only S-chip in the Straits Times Index Reserve List. This trading pattern looks like Hankore. 2 days before Hankore fell, one person publish that CEI(hankore' s merging partner) was being investigated for fraud. After that, it' s all bullshit. Then pple also sell down, I still remember when Hankore fell to 8c, all the doomsayers appear, and say that S-Chip not one of them can be trusted, etc. All say Hankore will be like Albedo, and that all china plays are a pack of lies, etc. Look at Hankore now. Looks like people like to buy into lies. Yzj and Hankore are good plays and good exposures, congrats to an opportunity to buy a good stock at a cheap price. Thanks to the doom sayers, we can buy cheap. I love them.

No schips where got seng li. The market here seems to be the Sungei Road of schips. Every now and again, a skeleton falls out of the cupboard. Yet we keep hogging on to them. Wander which one is next? But Midas and CFG are not in the same pool. |
