With a net cash of 27 cents and still counting, the chng kays will be stupid to distribute at this level. Furthermore, the major shareholder Mr Chia has been treating minority shareholders well. Even in a very bad year, it paid dividend, albeit reduced due to major losses at the SATORP project. We expect dividend to go back to 3 to 4 cents annually.
When a company recovers from a major blunder like Boustead, which went into Lybya, but pulled out eventually after writing off the losses, the market rewarded it greatly. Rotary is also licking from the painful wounds of the SATORP project but now has also emerged from it very strong. The market is only starting to reward its share price. Hopefully more to come. Stay tuned, but dont chase.

Don' t mislead people just because you are holding shares in this company. What goes up, must come down. BBs pump it up, they dont need to TP? It is time to sell, distribution seen at 0.78.
