Qanghoo      ( Date: 16-May-2014 13:21) Posted: Seems that ever so often, a listed company wld come forward with information only after SGX has queried, and not before the share price and volume  has already gone up.  Seems to be a greater occurrence with Tumasek-linked companies.  Even in CMA' s case, the share price went up quite a bit and volume was very heavy a few days before the offer announcement was made.  So much for the way transparency and governance are being so religiously preached in this country.  But seems always that NATO is in action.
