I agree the share price is currently quite attractive, u pay 20ct for 71ct asset (31ct cash plus other asset). However, i notice there isn't much shares to scoop up cos the sell volume is really pathetic. Anyway, I will wait for the FY 2015 report first. No hurry for me though.

Low vol...that why sooo cheap .. cash on hand 31c...nta 71c..loan because of new factory $14m...buy this like buy the business for free...i love it...last time i bought riverstone at 50c also illiquid...now $2..and...i dont like to chase stock...lol

Anyone still holding this stock? I almost faint after seeing the price, now drop to only 20ct? This is after 3 to 1 shares consolidation somemore?! My God, i though last quarter report company cash holding got about $32m which work out to 31.5ct per share, excluding other tangible asset. Total asset of this company is about $73m, pls correct me if i' m wrong. But market capitalization now only $20m? Crazy, super undervalued leh.... |

Please note this is just a rumour after seeing the founder (CEO) trying to sell his shares last year. Initially, he intended to sell 29.9% to 2 Indonesian investors but unsuccessful. Later, he sold about 5% to BD and announced MOU to takeover BD (cannot figure out what is he trying to do) but no progress ever since. Today, i' m quite surprise this stock manage to trade at 20cts. In my view, share price should be much lower considering their profit, cash balance, dividends and order book has deteriorated. I expect to see this stock slide back to 10cts to 12cts range.

Heard rumour from a friend that Adv Holdings may be taken over by another company. Not sure how true but if this is true, i guess stock price will surge up. |

Hmmm..... CEO has sold 17,000 lots to BD at high premium, did he see this coming? Why is he not even buying back from open market when it is only half price now of what he sold earlier? And why BD is not buying too since they can buy at 42cts per share last year?? Conspiracy??? My guess is Adv Hldgs will continue to drop if no buying support comes in. |

Adv Hldgs announced loss for 2Q2014, can look to pick some cherries if it can goes below 20cts! OMG! That is more than 50% discount of what BD bought in less than a year (17,000 lots at 42cts per share), they can go bang the wall real hard LOL! Oh, please don' t tell me they got a lot of money to lose, lost $3.5m can buy 3 condos or another 17,000 lots now..... May God bless BD! |

Used to be my favourite stock but not anymore. The recent insiders deal when CEO sold some of his shares to BD and later on announce MOU to buy BD makes me wary of this company. They are not transparent enough in my opinion, is the CEO going to use shareholders money to takeover BD at high price after having his personal interest taken care off by selling off his 5% shares at premium price ($0.42) to BD initially? This warrant the relevant authority to investigate if he did so. Anyway, no bet will not lose anything :) |
