Hello Supermonkey, if CA does interest buyers, why don' t they buy earlier in speculation that prices will increase ? After all, the first annoucement was almost a month or so back. Till now, i have not seen any surge in interest from buyers.     |

July 1st this year, NOL building will be leased out. Potential catalyst for re-rating of Fragrance group if the leasing is a successful one.. especially if they can find a giant company .. for example like Microsoft leasing the building and rename the building as " Microsoft Merlion building " hahaha.. Just the announcement of news that NOL has found a large co-operate to lease will move the share price up   Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed by Fragrance Group to lease the property currently known as NOL Building at 456 Alexandra Road. Located a short drive from the CBD and comprising of over 200,000 sq ft (18,587 sqm) NLA of office space will be available to tenants from 1 July 2014, the building has typical floor plates of 8,500 to 9,000 sq ft (790 &ndash 836 sqm) nett and benefits from a very high car parking ratio with 276 car park lots. [u][color=#FF0000][b]It also presents a rare opportunity for lease to a single large tenant who requires branding and naming rights. [/b][/color][/u] &ldquo The Alexandra area has undergone significant changes over the last few years, with the completion of Mapletree Business City, ARC (Alexandra Retail Centre) and the Labrador Park MRT station, and is also set to be further enhanced by the upcoming Mapletree Business City Phase 2.  We are confident that 456 Alexandra Road will see strong leasing interest due to the amenities in the area. Fragrance is expanding overseas :-   The Directors of Fragrance Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wish to announce that the Company has today, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary known as FRAGRANCE VICTORIA-MELBOURNE PTY LTD (&ldquo Fragrance Victoria&rdquo ) in Australia. Fragrance Victoria will have an initial paid up capital of AUD2.00. The setting up of Fragrance Victoria is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2014. Quoting the same example, you can then buy more GP share directly, say 2000 shares, to make it 10 lots of GP shares. That' s what I am doing.

You can buy in the multiple of 25 lots to prevent odd lot in GP shares. Buy 100 lots would give you free 8000 GP shares which worth 33 cents per share, good deal? Will fragrance and GP share prices hold, drop or appreciate after the dust settle?

If you have time go and read the GP hotel IPO letter, They gain IPO 117millian from it and fragrance hold GP 55% that time, mr koh own fragrance about 80%+-
So how much mr koh book gain from it you count you own. But fragrance share trade from GP IPO time 175 to now 245 (Two years) So what's the fragrance share holder benefit compare to him?

If Koh Wei Meng ready spin out the property fm fragrance as reits, the only benefit is he only, as he hold 85+% of fragrance and fragrance hole 71+% of GP.
The ppl share holder from fragrance will get peanut only. So don't be happy! |

Agree. NOL builing is under Fragrance, by the way. A lot of letable offices.
