Exactly the point.  Nobody here knows why the share price fell from $1.05 on December 27 to 60 cents now. Insiders know something that we don' t know. Insiders know what will come out in the Q1 results, and obviously nobody with inside information is buying.

What does that tell you?

New CEO and CFO would want to prove to others their capabilities. Their current orders are all higher margin projects. They get rid of the lower or zero margin projects.

Ya, upon XD, it may free fall, but there is also a potential catalyst which  is the Q1 financial results out in May. No one can predict what will happen unless u are an insider :).

If u think CSE Global is not worth the $$$, then better not touch the share.. but personally, I do feel that CSE global will become a high yield stock due to the cash on hand.  Perhaps it will do a Bakertech by distributing it' s cash on hand as a 2nd special dividend if the cash is not invested in acquisition or expansion. Bakertech also has cash on hand and annouced a 2nd special dividend of 5 cents as it did not really use the cash for major acquisition. Share price up from 26 cents predividend to 31 cents after the annoucement.

CSE cash on hand/share should be around 7 cents... hope they do another special dividend of maybe 3 cents again? :)

If I remembered rightly the last round they also offered dividends and after the XD, the BB free fall all the way. Having cash is one thing but they must secure new orders.

So far any new orders ???

Different brokering house platform hv different marking to indicate the type of trade.Check the abbreviation or with yr remister. Understand some are marked X like my case is " others"

Oil px above $100 is economical for exploration.Supporting oil and gas companies like CSE on  software and others on hardware  will benefit greatly.My 2c worth.:)

Full agreed with interfact.One got to use the word correctly and wisely.

I do not see a px plunge in this counter neither is right to  use the word  " trade with care" .This company is making $$ and with surpluses some more to give back to shareholders in the future.There is nothing wrong with company/counter when the XD take effect and drop back to px before XD.This are market forces or speculation at best.Classic example are Ocean Sky.

Trade with care are those companies with big debts vs beyond their asset (i.e.JES),RTO pending like albedo,W Corp,Sky one..History alrdy in the making like albedo or counter  like Ocean Sky where the deal did not go through and the px plunge from 30c to 14.5c And those counters under CAD investigations.Anything can happen

I think one has to be mindful with one' s comment and substantiate with fact.

Yr advise make sense.No point engaing ppl who like to utter rubbish and aplogize later.Worst is that these ppl like to pass sweeping statement before they go.(e.g. sour grapes mentality).Haha
