This is despite striping  out the write-off of the development project of $2.8 million. So this is not in line with expectation of leveraging with higher revenue (Admin expenses  are now $10 million, after taking out the write off). This shows that the company is not managing spendings well  its expansion. Even if there  are no write-off and no supplier's issue. The group would only manage  a  $700k profit with $48 million revenue.  A disappointing results.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	They had just written off an IP last FY and did not see any integible assets left in their book  last year after the write-off, so still wondering where the write-off from. According to the announcement, it was from a developmental project, I guess must be from curent year developmental project. Lets wait for the year end results next week.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ya.. im sure alot of us expecting a profit since they have secured so many projects.  but come to think of it, a one time write off can be good for a long run right? Maybe they choose to write off now cos they have high revenue to minimise the impact.. so we should really be expecting a good result the next report (their half yr report in aug zzz)
