Dividend Amount $1 million (approximate) 

Issued shares as at 27 February 2014 is 8,990,982,582. On the basis that no warrants are converted 

and no employee share options are exercised prior to Book Closure Date, the dividend per share will be 

0.011 cents. However, if all outstanding warrants of 3,761,784,195 and employee share options of 

15,581,000 are converted and exercised respectively, before Book Closure Date, the dividend per share 

will be reduced to approximately 0.007 cents. 



YEAR 2012 - We got 0.024 to 0.016 cents per share

Dividend Amount $2.1 million (approximate) 

Tax rate Tax exempt (One-Tier tax) 

Issued shares as at 27 February 2013 is 8,575,875,050. On the basis that no warrants are 

converted and no employee share options are exercised prior to Book Closure Date, the 

dividend per share will be 0.024 cents. However, if all outstanding warrants of 4,111,491,263 

and employee share options of 12,213,000 are converted and exercised respectively, before 

Book Closure Date, the dividend per share will be reduced to approximately 0.016 cents.

 Alert Admin 		Left hand to right hand play to make up the volumn. Support is critical at 0.009. Need some good news to spur this back on the uptrend.

 Alert Admin 		Quite sure they will pay dividend every year as long as they make profit....actually they are making roughly the same profit abt $5 million as last year if not for the $1.8 million stock provision. Pixio is making good revenue and profit and we have not included Quanli yet which suppose to be more profitable then Pixio. Looking forward to 2014 when Myanmar biz starts to rock!!

For now, they only got 1 shop in Myanmar so wont impact them much. Pixio and Quanli are  improving their profit margin  and  come Aug, mDR warrant expiring and the  2 Myanmar teleco also launching their service. 2014 will be the year to look forward to. Huat Ah!!
