x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	actually you look at the overall sales figure in last few years , it is completely alright the numbers avg around 15,000 units per year from 2009 to 2011 , while 2012 was an exceptional year with more 22,000 units sold So for 2013 , the figures were back to around 15,000 units . Nothing to be alarmed . CapitaLand hit over $8 in 2007 . And it had fallen from over $4.20 from a year ago  to sub $3 . Assets had grown tremendously over the years .  And it comes with about 3% yield now.

CapitaLand share fell as much as 1% to $2.92, hitting a more-than-four-month low. Hongkong Land Holdings  snapped six sessions of gains and dropped as much as 1.9% to $6.12. Private resale home prices fell for a fourth straight month, reported the Business Times daily, taking their cues from the primary market where developers have slashed launch prices to attract buyers.
