Fish oil contain EPA which also can treat cardiovascular disease. Amarin productVascepa is approved for patients with very high triglycerides (>500 mg/dL). Now, they are fighting the approval of patients with high triglycerides (200 mg/dL to less than 500 mg/dL). It was rejected once in Oct 2013 and share price drop a lot and the company is appealing it now and decision may happen in next few weeks. Early bird invested JAZZ biopharmaceutical years ago with 5k, now it worth 100k. Earlybird look at the potential of fish oil pill on treating of cardiovascular disease too. Bet 5k on this stock too, and waiting for its development for 3 to 5 years as long term investment and hope for its successful. Early bird like to eat fish since child and feel the benefit from fish. Believe will gain more benefit in the future.

This 25% drop reflect the 184% increase in quota. However fish oil price is getting higher and higher. This is the reason behind it. Fish oil is used to feed fish too but start using for Human supplement widely in this few year. Fish oil from small fish is more valuable than big fish because big fish oil may accumulate poison. So, now human is fighting fish oil with fish farm and price getting higher and higher. Anchovy is the biggest resource of fish oil. The consumption of fish oil supplement started from US, slowly will move to other country, can foresee the demand of fish oil in the future.

Discounted cash flow method 2. Dividends method If the share price currently is less than the intrinsic value, it means it is undervalued. And if the share price is currently more than the intrinsic value, it means it is overvalue. News/market sentiments etc change affect a company price overnight.(causing the company to be overvalued or undervalued). Most of the time you realise the company hasn't change at all. Thus it is important to filter out the noise and look at the fundamentals of the company. THIS IS FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS   However it is important to note that it doesn't necessary convert a buy signal when the company is undervalued. Since company is skeptical to market sentiments, it can remain depressed or undervalued for a long long time. Thus the entry point is important. Thats why we SHOULD ONLY BUY A COMPANY WHEN IT IS ON THE UPTREND. There is usually the 20 and 50 days moving average (for short term trend analysis) 50 and 150 (for mid term trend analysis) 100 and 200days moving average (for long term trend analysis). You can simply download the chart nexus software free of charge to access all these tools. If the 20day moving average line   is on top of the 50 days moving average line (both must be upwards sloping) then the company is said to be on a uptrend. However if the 20 day moving average line is below the 50 days moving average line (both must be downwards sloping) then the company is said to be on a downtrend.

Earlybird considered this unlisted warrant exercise is similar to private placement, common practice of cash injection. Price didin't pump is due to one reason, it need approval in EGM( china fish don't have clause of issue certain % of new share) on 28 jan. Therefore fund manager choose this time to pump china fish when approaching the EGM. Ng family and Carley hold more than 82%, so basically, it surely approve. Based on private placement effect, it surely pump higher than offer price, therefore, earlybird, further pumping is possible to cross 52 cents. Who bought 44 or below 44, mean you are holding below Carlyle Group average price.
