Earlybird, the despatch of the PAIH Supplemental Circular will be further postponed again. CHINA FISHERY GROUP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands) (" Company" )
Reference is made to (i) the announcement made by the Company on 11 October 2013 (" Announcement" ) and (ii) the circular to shareholders dated 6 August 2013 (" Circular" ). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as in the Circular. As stated in the Announcement, PAIH has applied to the HKSE for a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.67A(3) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the HKSE (" HK Listing Rules" ) to extend the despatch date of the PAIH Supplemental Circular from 14 October 2013 to a date falling on or before 27 December 2013. The HKSE has subsequently granted the waiver. However, as PAIH requires additional time to finalise certain financial information of the Copeinca Group for inclusion in the PAIH Supplemental Circular, it is expected that the despatch of the PAIH Supplemental Circular will be further postponed to a date on or before 22 January 2014. PAIH has applied to the HKSE for an extension of waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.67A(3) of the HK Listing Rules to extend the despatch date of the PAIH Supplemental Circular from 27 December 2013 to a date falling on or before 22 January 2014. The Company will prepare a supplemental circular which will contain similar information in the PAIH Supplemental Circular within the same time frame as PAIH except for statement of indebtedness and sufficiency of working capital. |

Early bird of vallianz. I will be early bird of china fish. China fish is not china stock. Ng is Malaysian and stay in Hong Kong now. They are like kuok family, move business from Malaysia and Hong Kong and expand in china.

I not really high reputation la. First thing, I feel best is don't touch china counters. This one is cheap... It drop from $2. But, how far can it go now. It needs to take years to be in very gd business. Bro, u can chk penguin out. It might be vallianz no2. As for vallianz, I bought when it results came out. It surge to 67 n I bought it. After that, it had stayed at 5 for weeks. I Bo Bian just hold... When the rally came, I wanted to let go at 10. But, was greedy... Therefore hold... Now, Tmr morning I will queue to sell off half of it at 205... The rest, fight... Ps uh, I just feel this is not the right counter to play yet. Just saying out my thoughts...

This counter fundamental is rather strong, but most time it may not reflect the true value on the share price, reason is Ng family controlling the majority shares, it vy much depand on Ng familyi's big hand.
Just buy & keep, pay patient to wait for Ng family to push up the price. i believe It will reflect its true value on stock market vy soon. |
