Unless u like to trade for small margin, not worth the effort to even play developers now. No brainer will know where the property market will b heading, ask ur property agents, thy will tell u truthfully. No matter wat most developers having china exposure oso risk tightening of credit risk as china garment cramps dn on shadow banking. It will take some pain n time b4 it actually bcums better, n god knows wat will b the feel of china & US in the 1st q. Good price then take, no good price jus sleep. Developers upside will all b capped. Just adjust the entry price to ensure safety of margin. If u ask me I dnt think capland can punch through 3.1-3.12 so jus adjust Lo, if u feel 2.95 worth the margin to trade then buy Lo. | ||||

inflation gg down and china likely accelerate soon. Don't be fooled by the shortist. just hold and grab the dividend in a few mths time. if u sell now, u are like selling ur physical house at a steep discount. no smart guy will do that.
