Now if we sit back and ponder what catalyst can spark Rex Int into another ferocious run to 30c in the next 2 weeks, i cant think of any. There is no new drilling programme in the North Seas. The Well tests at Yumna field in Oman will commence in Dec 2019 and will be known only in Jan/Feb 2020. There is also another catalyst wrt to Oman Ministry of Oil and Gas taking a stake in the Yumna field. But i suspect they will wait until the completion of the Well tests to exercise that option. Then there is the subject of monetisation of the recent Shrek Discovery in the North Seas, but i dun think a decision would be made so soon. Another possible catalyst is a takeover of Rex Intl. Well this is possible, but if i want to buy over Rex Intl, i would wait for the results of the Well tests to assess its potentials before i table the proposal. Do not forget Rex Intl has a very good run from 7.6 cents to a high of 20.5 cents. It need time to digest the recent gains, and it is very healthy. Rex Int needs to consolidate to build another base before the next leg up. Rex Intl has tremendous potentials esp with its Yumna field in Oman. No one knows how sizeable is this potentials, but you can probably make some observations and draw conclusion from your assessment of these observation. First, the Rex Int Managment has announced that after futher analysis of the Yumna field data, it has decided against farming out part of its stake to de-risk. It is very typical, especially for a very small upstream operator like Rex Int,  to de risk to manage its risk and exposure to the Yumna field. It is also a very tempting option. But why did Rex Intl Management decided otherwise??? Second, the Yumna field production facilities require huge capital investments. Why does Rex Int not go for the easy option such as Rights Issue or Private Shares Placement to raise such capitals? Infact, Rex Intl Management has openly stated it is against any financing options that has shares dilution impact. Why??? Obviously, it considers present Rex Intl share price is not fairly priced.... undervalue.  I think we should be thankful to have this Management team in Rex Intl who cares about its shareholders and preserves the value of the Coy.  Wait for the Well tests announcement which should be announced in January/February 2020.
