This came on the heels of “Dukang” branded baijiu being endorsed as one of the appointed baijiu for the PRC government to serve foreign dignitaries. “We’re extremely excited with the official start of our Baijiu Cultural World Tour and it provides an excellent platform for us to showcase the quality and variety of our baijiu to both our existing and potential partners. Our aim is to spur greater interest in and understanding of baijiu culture in other parts of Asia. We believe that the strong support from the local authorities and associations of the alcohol and F& B industry would help us in achieving our goal to be an iconic baijiu brand in China and beyond. Mr. Zhou Tao (“周 涛 ”), Chairman & CEO of Dukang Distillers The Group’s Baijiu Cultural World Tour formally commenced with a grand one-day event in Singapore to commemorate two momentous ceremonies as part of the Group’s key milestones. The first ceremony marked the tripartite agreement involving the Henan Provincial Alcoholic Beverages Industry Association (河 南 省 酒 业 协 会 ), the Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore) (新 加 坡 中 国 白 酒 协 会 )and the Group on the strategic partnership to promote the “Dukang” brand baijiu throughout Singapore and other parts of Asia. This was conducted under the witness of the foreign affairs officials from Beijing and Henan Province and the Chinese Embassy in Singapore. Through cooperation with key advocates of Chinese baijiu, the Group hopes to raise the profile of its brand and advance its ranks to be premium baijiu brand in various regions of Asia. The second ceremony highlighted the signing of the letter of intent between the Group and a leading baijiu distributor in Singapore, Oasis Global, for the distributorship of the “Dukang” brand baijiu. The signing of the distributorship agreement with Oasis Global, a local sole distributorship of top-tier baijiu brands such as Kweichow Moutai, would enable the Group to leverage on the vast network of the distributor to capture the increasing demand of baijiu in South East Asia. During the event, the Group also showcased the long-standing history and tradition of baijiu and presented its iconic product series, Jiuzu Dukang. A baijiu tasting session was also conducted where participants would be able to enjoy the flavor of the traditional Chinese white liquor. The one-day event was well-received with overwhelming responses and participation from the foreign affairs officials from Beijing and Henan Province, the Chinese Embassy in Singapore and representatives from the local associations of the alcohol and F& B industry in Singapore. Looking ahead, the Group shall continue its concerted efforts to promote “Dukang” branded baijiu through aggressive advertising and promotion strategies to increase the Group’s brand equity in the region.

Singapore Daily Dukang Distillers: Why Grief When You Have Dukang? We visited Dukang’s production plant in Luoyang where we were introduced the production process of baijiu, the Chinese national liquor. Dukang has a strong market presence in the key cities of Henan and enjoys strong support from local government. They are targeting 10% market share in Henan province. We think the biggest risk for Dukang is that downward pressure on price and consumption of premium baijiu brands, such as Moutai and Wuliangye, might pass down to mid-end brands in the future. Dukang’s current valuation of 4.4x 12m trailing PER and 0.6x PB is quite attractive when compared with its A-share listed peers.
