hello all experts out there, please tell me what i am missing here...... the new share, if issued is price at a VERY VERY significant discount (SGD0.04) and also massively dilute all existing shareholder. So i cannot understand why the current share price should go up even if the new shareholder is very strategic. Most other listed company price their discount no more than 10-20% for strategic investor.......look at Yamada, Rowsley etc etc If you are the biggest shareholder, why would you sell at such discount and in the process, let someone become the single largest shareholder, ceeding control? btw, i sold everything. looking to enter only below 10cents or if i hear another opinion |
