Initially I was thinking the amount of floating shares issued was a problem, but then I realized Golden Agri has like 12.84 billion issued shares... Compared to 6 or 7billion shares(correct me if I'm wrong with this) for IPCO?

If it is so obvious it will go up double or triple or even more, market would would have rush in. Why still here selling you cheap?
