Sorry. I also worried. I don't want to cause any reaction from the news.... that's why post it after ma\market close... If its a fact , its just time, the news would be release.. especially Reuters gets news faster than SGX formal report.... That one must complain Why Reuters have privileged info before the share holders get it formally from SGX announcement ? Many times already like that .." Ezra placement" and many others..come to know from forum before official news announcement at SGX still halt... :)

It's not going to have a near term impact. but may dull vol for awhile... and depends on the new esa share acquisition, may dilute or push price up.. then rather to get the 1.6 n rid back up.. lol but nothing confirmed or seen. so steady ah... lol

Yes, they issue placement before they going to place placement again ...... now getting formal approval from SGX for the placement. Around 1.6 cents. The reason is for buying more shares of the Electronic servicing.... Saw that that ESA total issue share is just 1,200,000 shares.... they going to buy 150,000 more at around $13 per share or something........... paying from placement share cash and its own cash balance... ......latter I try to see that report again.. will provide the link here....

share placement of 250m shares to 4 new shareholders on 30 April. pte placement at 20% discount to mkt price of 2c - 1.6c. Not available to public. Dilution comes to around 13% of total shares from . TBC... hmmm.. upside kena braked... |

ESA business overheads very high.. revenue 20 millions...nett profits only 1 ovre million dollars. Overheads cost is 95 percent of revenue... Profit margin very low type of businesses... MDR management wants to go into big profits big returns buisiness.. IPCO managenment just want small margin business.with so high over heads of 95 %.....no margin for error looses... If revenue slipped , it would lost money.....

market just close but transaction have not finish..later fully match by the system, it might be at 2.2 hopefully... or else when dow again red, Monday.... 0.019 again......... It has been........0.018.......0.023...today hit briefly 0.024 than down......... to 0.021/0.022..........
