x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sharing my 2 cents&rsquo worth on the stock. Been invested in the counter for about 7 years, and have been adding shares as the years go by. Why did I buy this share? I was attracted to the business fundamentals of the company. Profitable quarter by quarter. Strong cash reserves. Consistent Dividend. Duopoly Business. Potential of regional expansion (did not work out)   Has business fundamental change? Company is profitable for the past 10 years, less 2020-2021, due to covid. Cash reserves remain roughly the same. Dividend Yield increased due to low share price. (I added more shares when prices came down in recent years). It is glad to know that the company can maintain the cash reserves, paying out dividends and also carrying out the rejuvenation programme, while maintaining strong balance sheets. Will I stay invested? For the current moment, yes. I am not a good stock picker, and this counter is yielding good dividend returns. I can keep it in my portfolio. I do not foresee the company winding down or losing it&rsquo s casino licence in the near future. The Duopoly status is maintained until 2030. (So even losing out to MBS, they are still earning money)   When will I consider to exit? Company losing money for consecutive 4 quarters. Or if(Big if) the share price skyrockets.   Meanwhile, enjoy the dividend received!

Good thing is they had delivered new attractions in 2025 audit and spent S$2B in RWS2.0. now need to be low profile and wait for renewal.

So non casino business revenue had to catch up while casino revenue stagnant. Edict from sg gov, no choice had to kow tow. Explain why casino market keep shrinking.
