Very high chance RWS 2.0 expense would progressive frontload into result resulting in lower net profit. But dividend get higher loh , very weird way as genS skip bank loan to faciltate RWS 2.0 They running genS like private company though it listed. |

GenS dividend not depend on payout ratio with respect to net profit. it is happy happy as long big boss lim wanna to give he give due to huge cash pile. As long operational revenue and ebita improved, stock price go up. Might see bigger dividend in aug to keep big boss happy. RWS 2.0 lot of expense frontloaded. |

Every dog has its day - take comfort that it pays decent dividends at 5-6% yield despite profit decline and the net cash buffer of $3b+. Hopefully 1Q reports a decent operational update on y/y performance. I would love to see them continue with their share buyback which was undertaken previously when stock was trading below 70c pre ex d.
