*  Union Steel just puchased 30mln shares of Eneco Energy at S$0.009. 
* Interestingly, they bought 680m shares at $0.011 in 22 Nov 24 and 680m warrants at $0.005 with strike at $0.009 = Cost at $0.014. 
* Buying today = buying cheaper than Union Steel cost
