maintained a " sell" call on Rex International with a 10-cent target price throughout much of 2023, citing poor performance at its Yumna oil field. However, by March 2024, UOBKH had lowered its target price for Rex International to 8 cents, maintaining a " sell" rating due to, among other factors, 2023' s weak production and increased financial losses, say The Edge Singapore and MarketScreener.
