ISSUE AND ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO THE RHP SHARE OPTION SCHEME 2011 The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce the issue and allotment of an aggregate of 2,160,000 new ordinary shares (&ldquo New Shares&rdquo ) in the capital of the Company on 10 March 2026 with an exercise price of S$0.150 each, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the RHP Share Option Scheme 2011. The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 19 March 2026 and trading of the New Shares is expected to commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the same date. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all aspects with existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Shares&rdquo ). Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Mar. 10 that his country is prepared to continue attacks for as long as necessary. According to Reuters, he said negotiations are no longer possible.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps warned that its oil blockade will continue for as long as U.S.-Israel strikes continue. They added, "We are the ones who will determine the end of the war." In response, U.S. president Donald Trump threatened to hit Iran much harder. "We will hit them so hard that it will not be possible for them or anybody else helping them to ever recover that section of the world," he said on Mar. 9. Oil is going to be volatile. Temporary pullback, but I think rise is far from over. $150 per barrel is still possibke depending on the trajectory of US-Iran war. Shortists beware, it could hapen quickly  .Just my opinion |
