The Japanese liner is in advanced talks with shipyards in China, South Korea and Japan for up to 22 neo-Panamax vessels, including at least 10 ships of 13,000 TEU and up to 12 ships of 15,000 TEU. All newbuildings will feature LNG dual-fuel propulsion to meet stricter environmental rules. Under the tender, ONE seeks 6 firm + 6 optional 13,000 TEU ships, and 6 firm + 4 optional 15,000 TEU units. Brokers value the 13k TEU ships at about $1.8 billion and the 15k TEU ships at around $2.4 billion.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ONE Lines, a Singapore registered company, has in fact contacted yards in China, Korea & Japan over a contract of up to 22 Neopanamax (13k teu) box ships worth USD 4.2 Bn. It was mentioned they wanted to finalise the deals before CNY. I did post about this news before CNY. To date, I have not heard any update. Hopefully, what Blesspeggy posted is true & the latest info on this subject.

I previously stated that every time this counter has a signif8cant oullback it rises even faster and makes an ATH. This cycle it dipped to 3.10 and now risen to 3.85.  Now wait for results, collect dividends. If someone wants to book profit its not a bad time to book it. IT next cycle it can again be driven down but it wil lrise again for ATH.  you can play it for swings make good money, but u cannot estimate the LOW. This cycle I enterred around 3.52 but for some reason exit around same, and then it dipped to 3.10 and rise again.
