YZJF is now back to where it began, without the maritime businesses so the share price has corrected. However, its legacy businesses are still generating incomes and the company is also trying to chart a new course, as evidence by its attempt to drive the Shanshan' s restructuring plan, albeit failed. As with before, the company has huge pile of cash and the share price is now trading well below its NAV. Accordingly, I added to day at $0.375 as I am confident it would continue to pay generous dividends. Besides, following the spin off, it is as good as investors are holding on to the original investment in YZJF but with YZJM, at least the 2 combined entities are no longer trading at the depressed 0.4x NAV it once were. It had reached ATH of $1.24 in its combined form so while it is expected that post spin off YZJF' s share price will drop, it is surprising that YZJM is also falling. Using ATH $1.24 pre spin price as gauge, YZJM should be trading $1.24-$.375= around $0.865. However, this is not how market work so investors have to temper the expectaton a bit. Nevertheless, the pre spin ATH of $1.24 could potentially show how the future price action may be. On that note, I have also added some YZJM at $0.585 today. We may not yet see the bottom prices for these 2 YZJs but focus should be shifted to the upcoming FY results for both and its dividend announcements. From there, investors can analyse further the 2 companies and take personal actions.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i view fund buying large quantity of shares to lend to shorty to dump large quantity to short down price as a modify form of scoop and dump.  hope authory in charge can investigate if these are true. look at weekly mas report will see that the numbers are in billions. is sgx better off without these fund doing a modify form of scoop and dump. sia is the amoung the most shorted stock. sgx gets more volume. long term as stock price cannot reflect performance properly everyone will leave sgx. as one is seeing it happen now.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	as the fund manager sell off the shorts also reduced. relationship. looks like  it is the fund manager who lend to short. so when they want to sell got to recall  the loan. cannot see how they made money but maybe their contracts to shortist  covers it.  loosers? rest of share holders.  but really with these fund manager off the yzjfh. it will grow stronger and more related to performance of their cash. hope they have some gold and more chinese tech stock on top of traditional lending. model like maxicash et al. will meant they grow with price of gold and still has good percentage dividend. shortist want to shoot down, see wait la. everytime low enough buy a bit. still need the fy report to see how they are doing. both yzjfh and martime. maritime got more shorts if relationship holds will means fund adding there. dyodd

TR Price already fully exited their 5% holding by aug/sep 2022, and BR holding has been at ~1% or ~35m shares in the past 3 years. Yfh price has declined persistently down from ~0.50 to 0.40 since mid Nov, and the daily selldown were on repeated huge abd violent 1 shot millions of shares throw down. There were not shorts and in fact cumulative shorts have declined from a high 46m+ in mid nov to 23m+ based on the latest mas report. A very big holder(s) is exiting its position. I suspect the seller is Vanguard who was still holding a massive 95m shares as at 31oct, before the spin off. ACIM 96m and BR 35m positions were still intact as at 28nov. Hopefully V is nearing the end of emptying its holdings after 4 weeks+ of intense selling, by 31dec ??? Post spin off, yfh theoretical nav is likely now at ~0.52.
