x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	If you study Singpost share , since 2004 , it took 10 years for the share price goes up to 1.81 that was also because Alibaba invested 10.35% in 2014,  for the next 10 years, share price keep  declining to below 40c and now hoovering at 0.39 - 0.42. foresee it will be left below 20c for next 10 years

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	long or short, it alway correct as long as you profit from your trades, but do be careful, as it' s way below valuation / NAV and 1 87m short outstanding to cover, as long as SP do not privatise, shorting still have some safety zone with fund pressing down the px. On the other hand, if out of blue someone offer / gov decide to do something about it, then be careful, it might just rocket to it' s NAV due to asset heavy on it nature of business, like SP building / E-hub building in tempines, veh with coe value and other equipments etc, plus excess of about 300m cash after netting debt, not much info on the bal of shophouse still own by them, so might be more to add, which can demand a value of 60-80cents if there is a keen buyer. So far, with new grp ceo incoming, it is good news for short sell as they have a problem less to worry, short term no delist danger except if he can turn around SP into more financially sound with better bottom line and div payout. At current px 1 cent div a year is already 2.38% ( which required 8-9m profit with 60% payout as div), last Q operating profit was 9m i think. So moving forward, every single cents SP can save will be added on to this guiding base. a lot of info / event had been shared since xd, can pick up those data, to judge your next course of action.  1) Short? not much meat left since at 52 wk low 2) long? must have holding power at 6-9 months to be fruitful 3) trade? must guess correct px and mood of BB, quite sure someone is collecting but shortsell BB is still there. suggest put in watchlist decide when px move back to 0.44-0.45 range. What i am seeing is a potential yzjsb or aem when tide turn, both shortsell outstanding hit about 4 percent, when uptrend starts, if it happens, aim will be 0.6-0.62, 4m short coverage for 1 bid upside, not ask too much right? just sharing my view. it' s better you do your own data analysis as i am not expert and crunch when new data is provided.

Hopefully it' s alibaba selling, waiting real long for them to clear all their holding. Once clear, then we can wait for the cover of 81m shares which shortist owe to market. Question is can you hold till then? With new grp ceo on broad, one day of super low vol, and follow with volume trade, you need to decide your new expectation from SP, one thing for sure, shortist like this news base on the trading today, a lot of collection at 0.42, hope it' s not the shortseller covering, will be nice to see short sell outstanding keep going higher and limit px down trend. in other word, shortist got to keep flooding more shares that market is not able to aborb to lower bid by bid, to prevent sudden surge in px that trigger margin call. For me I will be waiting for coming result to look at following expectation 1) operation profit should be on par or better than last Q 2) reduce in cost especially Aust business is already out, which i expect operating cost is high from there thru credit facility 3) Top revenue number will be a lot lower from last year same period, which is expected, so will ignore but focus on breakdown  on postal, logistic and property / rental revenue (hope they break down individually with more detail) 4) of coz the div, will be nice if they do issue a bit of special div grp ceo will only be on board in Nov, from now till nov, will be last window for shortist to cover position, before any  update from him on business overview as well as new direction moving forward. with at least 500m cash on hand, a lot of thing can be done to turn around, don' t think short sell fund wanna risk that, uness all the excess cash is return as div, we might see more shorting as burden from postal will continue till gov takes over (which will move SP to delist at a px, after liquidation of assets, amount wise, it' s all guess / estimate, you plug your own number la) just sharing, added a bit more at 0.42, dyodd hor
