Agreed and on a relative basis, valuations are compelling. It is trading at 16x PE and gives 5.3% yield. 40% of market cap is net cash with no debt so even with the upcoming capex into next 2-3 FYs, it will be well covered by the free cash flow generated and existing balance sheet. Ambitious to do pull things down all at one go, but that will also drive sharper earnings recovery when new installations are all up and running by end of 2025.

Traditionally 2H is usually also much better than 1H, with F1, December, Christmas/New Year holidays etc. So if 2H 2025 gets turbo charged, and net profits are 30-40% higher than 1H 2025, should see some renewed interest taking hold. I thought they were too ambitious to do so much renovation and close down hotels and attractions all at the same time in 1H 2025, so now it will be the payback since the 3 new additions are now completed and rolling out. | ||||

Reviews of Singapore Ocenarium are very good, and I have been down on a site visit too. Laurus Luxury hotel opening in 4Q 2025, and WEAVE Mall already open, All these 3 new additions will start adding revenue to 2H 2025 income and draw in casino visitors. 2H 2025 should be much better than 1H 2025. | ||||

Rumour by bb, they hoping to buy low till improving 3q result out in nov. Basically they using th8s window to cover back previous short positions. Once result improved in 3q, funds would come in and buy up. it share similar fate as yzjfh now yzjfh flying . GenS should be $1.1X or higher trading at current STI level.
