x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Issue is why buy at such a ridiculous high price ? No other such Co in the market or they are also selling at these sky high prices? Board/Mgmt didnt do due diligence? Dare not object as Melati is the chair? Hope someone raise these or any other concerns to sias or sgx. I have also reduced my holdings to half and may sell the rest if price rebound a bit. Major shareholders confident that Geo is going to do very well from 2026, but are unable or unwilling to fork out resources to buy more Geo shares. Instead, they are using this backdoor reward system, increasing holdings in Geo without needing to pay much, if any. So, it' s like rewarding themselves with employee share options.. haha.. 2. Possible deals between the new companies and Geo not announced yet that are earnings positive for Geo. This will help explain the overpayment. In any case, I prefer to err on the side of caution and have reduced my holdings. After all, the above scenarios are my own pure speculations.. haha..

I share my understanding of information and act upon them and it is up to individuals to decide their own actions. His immeidate families will receive seperate amount of cash, shares and receivable too. The dilution to EPS is $0.032 to $0.0307 and NAV from $0.4888 to $0.3977. The relevant announcement mentioned that there will be an independent valuer report, however, with EPS and NTA as per documented, any value above NTA is at best intangible value such as future possible earning etc. As a shareholder I will be watching the development closely.
