x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Will continue to fall pasttime      ( Date: 09-Apr-2025 21:19) Posted: from 1 apr to today about 433m traded. sum of shorts were about 165m. assuming all shorts were covered. total 330m due to shorts and covering actions. so there is 433-330m about 103m of real actions. some could be sell/buy or buy/sell by same share holders.  but leaving that the amount of shares sold by before 1/4 share holders are still subtantial. weak hand has changed to strong hand. some has profited by the right trading actions. some share holders were concerned about the selling of treasury shares and issue of new shares that will flood the market. now that potentially if the treasury share sale failed then future div in specie do not need new shares.  so this group of shareholders should be happy.  the fundamentals of yzjfh has not changed. lots of cash and fast growing maritime business.  it is just the speed of maritime business grow that is affected by capital available. china will still need to buy gas/oil . just from who ?  ship demand will still be there just the ship route changed. lesser us/china.  more russia/china.  qatar/china, maybe malaysia/china, indonesia/china. for gas. chinese businessman are versatile one. some already moving around to find new market. sure cannot replace all of us demand in short term. it is a good start to de usa oriented export. world will continue with or without usa. if trump has not do this sudden boiling fo frog the world will still face the same things years down the road when us go bankrupt.

As an objective appraisal of the situations , I intend to lock in some profits tomorrow. Probably 15-20% of holding with aim to buy back later. Let?s be honest, headwind is strong and no sign of abating.

One of the clause being :-  the closing price of the Company listed shares on the SGX-ST on any given trading day prior to Completion being less than 85% of the closing price on 28th March 2025 (0.795).  The 85% red line is at 0.675. YFH is not short of cash and in fact the coy has plenty of cash. So it seems more and more to me now that SBB might not happen because for some reasons, RenYL wants to hold on to its huge $1.812b cash pile on hand as well as the new equity injection of up to $260m from the TS placement and script dividend issue ... may be for spin off capitalisation? However, it has also just crossed my mind now that if YFH indeed wants to conserve cash and " refuses" to sbb to rigorously defend the 0.72, would the 2 strategic investors abort the TS deal because they can actually buy the shares at 10% discount now than to sign the SPA 2 months later on 26 Jun ?
