Just in case you may not be aware,since day one when YZJ Financial was listed from the distribution in specie from YZJ Shipbuilding, one ang mo fund T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc had single handledly dumped all their shares 295.98 mil in the open market causing a massive overhang and depressed pricing. Go figure why the stock take such a long time to recover? The " player" accumulating the shares has been super patient buying and soaking up all the shares along the way. This " player" is unlikely to dispose its stakes it so patiently built up since 2022. Go take a look YZJ shipbuilding chart over the years and see how it has been charted by probably the same " player" . Of course the above is just a conjecture only. But then again for those who have ben following this 2 companies, the modus operandi are uncannily similar :) Given the huge number of shortists involved and burnt on Friday (likely they will short more because " I don' t believe it will go up somemore" ), you say it is likely to up or not leh?

Given the similar fund size (or if not bigger and got better connection to the sector that YZJFH i,s good at), YZJFH can do well like iFast too.

Total short volume was 31367100 with average short price at $0.71. Total volume done from $0.70 to $0.71 was 29,177,800, so give and take a bit shortists shorted another 2169300 shares [31367100-29177800=2189300] at other prices to derive at average short price of $0.71. In this instance for shortists to make money, they have to buy back 31367100 shares at $0.71 or lower, however, there was only about 9 million shares traded between $0.685 and $0.695 So tomorrow interesting or not? Will shortists short it till below $0.71 to cover back? Let' s assume they are so good that they have already covered 9 million shares with profit, they still have about 22 million shares to go. Tomorrow will all the buy queues miraculously disappear to facilitate the shortists to buy back? Let' s observe.

If open 74 on Monday I will try to short a bit frist than monitor BBs movement to decide to add more or cut, very likely price will not up so fast for contra players to sell for profits.

From Angmoh UBS analyst : Key Points UBS analysts on Wednesday became the latest to raise expectations that China&rsquo s struggling real estate market is close to stabilizing.
Existing home sales in five major Chinese cities have climbed by more than 30% from a year ago on a weekly basis as of Wednesday, according to a CNBC analysis of data accessed via Wind Information.

BBs and investors know it is undervalued, which is why they keep buying and accomulating, pushing it to price up 5-6% weekly for the last 4 - 5 weeks.
They are definitely not buying for dividends, which is only 4-5%. They are seeing YZJFH at 1 dollar for soon, haha.

31367100 shorted that cost $22249354 which work out to be $0.709321359 per share. Good luck to shortiests with current price at $0.725 if they have not already covered. If they want to short it back to below $0.70, I guess they may need 100m volume.

On the surface iFast and YZJFH are classified as Financials. They look similat but the real details are vastly different. Investors ought to understand why the P/Es for similar counters are vastly different. Here lies the share prices

The gov measure to boost SGX attractive would make this up trend go longer. Family office had to deployed 25% of their assets into stock appro 50m. Judging by how overvalued the banks are, money most likely move to undervalue stocks. Not mention there $5B by MAS to buy stock. |

YZJFH deserved to have at least half of PE ratio of iFast ( also a Finance counter). Our PE now is 8, iFast 34, 4+x higher than us, we are still very undervalued.
We have chance to be included into STI index too.

Short sellers are short term traders most of them are day trader, they dont like to hold any positions over 1 day. If wrong predict cut loss and buy back lor, bet again another day, normal lah
