Not 20%, most likely 10-12.5% as indicated in ESM. It a marine financing service in which yzjfh pay upfront to buy the ships which later would be  resold to customer who order it charging 10-12.5% interest on the loan. Hope yzjfh can do a big deal in range of US500m. |

Hafnia Puma In November 2024, Hafnia's 50,000 dwt MR tanker Hafnia Puma was chartered to Petronas in Malaysia for two years at $30,000 per day. STI Jardins In September 2024, Scorpio Tankers chartered the 50,000 dwt STI Jardins for three years at $29,950 per day. CL Toni Morrison In November 2024, the 49,000 dwt CL Toni Morrison was chartered to Norstar at $29,750 per day for a period of 15 to 20 months. The daily rate paid to the shipowner for using a tanker is typically determined by the tanker type and market demand. Rates can range from $25,000 to over $50,000 per day, depending on market conditions and vessel availability. |

I don' t believe it' s necessary for the company to report such news, as it doesn' t represent a significant development for the company. In fact, it simply reflects normal operations under the marine fund. It' s positive that the company is actively seeking opportunities to deploy cash for better returns. However, what truly matters is whether the investment will generate strong returns.  Looking forward to the 2024 full year results and this year' s AGM  .

It a very glaring sight to see yzjfh trading at 0.3X NTA while yzj shipping  trading 3X NTA. yzj shipping on speculative trading on higher future earning while yzjfh glossy undervalued while both companies controlled by uncle Ren .... yzj shipping regular update on business to feed trading trend while zero progress update on yzjfh. |

Last SBB, if any, would be done before the end of this month in view of the 1 month blocking period before full year results. Of course, that is based on past history that FY results usually released in end Feb. Yesterday it was a surprise that big buy up at $0.41 wasn' t a SBB, a cool 12 million shares transacted at $0.41 but not SBB. It is likely that we will see trading range of $0.405-$0.415 from now till FY results with $0.405 or even $0.40 get tested but $0.41 should prove to be a good support.  | ||||

US blacklist china state back shipbuilding companies and ang moh shifting money to private owned companies like yzj . Now we just need news to confirm partnership with yzj shipping then u see yzjfh stock price zooming on higher future earning from yzj customer marine financing. in fact this should be the business model right from beginning instead of trying to venture into finance controlled by american. wasted 2 years of investor time. |

Haha you are welcome. As long term holders at some points we need to buy up so if we can save 1 bid every time why not? I still have GTC order at 0.395 but ready to add if it comes to 0.40 but I think for the short term the price will get supported at 0.405 - 0.41, in fact I think consolidation is taking place right now before we see 0.445 get challenge again.
