The market sentiment isnt great and volatility is back in the picture but that' s where the opportunities lie to pick up quality companies at cheap prices. I struggle to find another SGX listco with such strong balance sheet ($3.7bn net cash with no debt) and have a clear growth trajectory in the next few years with more developments (Minion Land, hotels, etc) which will capture the tourist receipts beyond just the casino

Singapore.-  Las Vegas Sands  has reported that  Marina Bay Sands&rsquo (MBS)  net revenue was  down 12.3 per cent quarter-on-quarter  from US$1.16bn to US$1.01bn in the second quarter of the year. The figure was  up 9.8 per cent when compared to last year.

 Alert Admin 		If its Q2 is only 2/3 of Q1, it is not good.
If its Q2 is > 85% of Q1, it is good.

I think analysts' estimates are about 2/3 of Q1' s revenue. As long as it' s near this range, should be quite safe. Ultimately, it all come down to the dividend. I reckon a 2.5 cents and above dividend will propel the SP to $1 and above, probably.
