APRIL 2024 OPERATING RESULTS In April 2024, the demand for air travel remained robust across all route regions. The Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group&rsquo s passenger traffic grew by 11.9% from a year before, while passenger capacity increased by 13.2%. The two airlines carried 3.17 million passengers in total, 17.8% higher than a year ago. Group passenger load factor (PLF) came in at 87.2%, with SIA and Scoot posting monthly PLFs of 86.4% and 90.1% respectively. Cargo loads increased by 26.4% year-on-year, outpacing the capacity expansion of 9.4% for the same period, partly supported by demand spillover from security concerns in the Red Sea. Consequently, the cargo load factor came in at 58.6%, 7.9 percentage points higher than a year before. On 5 April 2024, SIA commenced four-time weekly passenger flights to Brussels. This increases the number of European destinations in the Group&rsquo s passenger network to 15. At the end of April 2024, the Group&rsquo s passenger network1 covered 122 destinations in 36 countries and territories. SIA served 77 destinations, while Scoot served 67 destinations. On 15 May 2024, the Company announced its intention to redeem all
remaining MCBs that were issued in June 2021. The accreted principal amount payable, being 112.616% of the principal amount of the MCBs, will be $1,744.6 million. The redemption amount will be paid to eligible bondholders on 24 June 2024. With this, the Company would have fully redeemed the $9.7 billion of MCBs that were issued in 2020 and 2021. The SIA Group thanks all shareholders, including Temasek, for their strong support for its Right Issues during the Covid-19 pandemic. |

Based on some analysis If SIA declare $0.34 dividends in June 2024, it' s share price will go to $7.45. If $0.30, then it will go to $6.85. But unlikely to be above $0.35, or less than $0.30. If anything above $0.35, that is special bonus for us now is $0.38 !!! |
