The nav including the mcb needs to be improved. At current price 6.41, nav 4.19, p/b 1.53. Expensive.

SIA is very cash rich at the moment. To prepare for the ' raining days" , it has accumulated about $9B more from 2020 to 2022. According to the latest report, it still has about $10B cash in hand after redeeming part of MCB. It must one of very few companies in SGX that has so much cash in hand. For example, SIA' s cash/9short term+account payable) ratio was 2.0 in 1H2023 whereas Keppel and SembCorp only has 0.3. Looks like SIA has no problem to redeem all its MCB if it wanted to. We are looking forwrd for SIA to report FY 2023/24 in May.
