When will company Boards and CEOs learn that in Singapore, it is critically important to demonstrate the sharing of spoils and good results through dividends with minority shareholders. Majority shareholders will get their spoils through management pay packages and board director fees. Big numbers do not impress Singapore minority shareholders, and only tangible benefits do.
