If this Co could be named by SIAS in 2019 as Most Transparent and Corporate Governance, then the SGX small caps are all a joke. SIAS emailed the list of questions on 23rd Jan 2024. Did the Co acknowledge the email? If so, who in the Co? Did SIAS request for a response within a reasonable period, say 2 weeks? Did the Co agree? Meanwhile, the Regulator just keeps quiet and observes. Probably, drinking Kopi-O sui tai. SIAS by raising the questions with no response within this period, or a commitment to respond, created uncertainities and doubts over the so called inventory shortfall. This had in no small part, contributed to the increase in short selling and the continuous fall in the share price. |

Bring back the previous CEO. At least during his period, the Co announced upward revision of guidance on revenues every quarter. This CEO, well the market is bad.. but within a year, 2 major screw ups...under his watch. |

No investor is agreeable to the screwed up on inventory after the screwed up on acquisition which resulted in US20 million settlement. The arbitration settlement was couched as 'Confidential' and not much details. One goes to the Advantage's press announcement, the details stink.

I think AEM financial result will be out on 23 Feb 24. By then there will be more clarity on the inventory matter. Most importantly is the result most be good and AEM will recover lost ground and CHEONG, CHEONG, CHEONG!!! Just my wishful thinking. | ||||
