x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just finish trading the US markets. Fed finally indicated that there will be around 3 cuts next year. Well, good news for reits which I am not complaining but I guess the reaction for YZJF will be subduced. Maybe a max 1 cent gain, as what YZJF needs is a strong, robust and sustainable recovery of China economy. It will be interesting to see the early reactions of Asia markets few hours later.

Out of the $2B DI, the anticipated utilization of the provision, or the possible write off, is not even is not 500mil that you mention. Remember their recovery rate is quite high, at least 90% on average. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	YZJFH stock price is hedging bet by bb as all it debt investment maturing this year. With property crisis and companies default on debt, fear everywhere. Buyers also scared to load in and bb short to protect their stake in yzjfh incase something go wrong on DI. So yes this year yzjfh would touch umdervalued new low on DI uncertainty. After this year, DI mature date would be pushed back at least 3-5 years , removing uncertainty. Stable income revenue and Maritime funds etc would let stock price recover. Just not a counter to do short term trade, it more of medium term investment. By the way yzjfh had transfered $1b fund to sg, stock trading at sg cash level. Basically market ignor China based portfolio appro 2.8b from stock price. Market assume china portfolio gone up in smoke.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not much drama in q4 as china meet it 5% GDP growth. 3Q business update everything normal no NPL increase or provision. Now only left like 2 weeks to year end, no big drama out of china with foreign funds all bailing out like crazy. Dividend expected to be more than last year. 1H net profit 162m more than 2022 full year profit so chill. Now pray no NPL provision needed in 4Q. YZJFH completing it DI portfolio renewal end of year, next year if no big surprise should see share price recovering as debt investment all rolled over to longer term. Should see DI dipping further to 1.9b from 2.1b meeting tgt 50%. Lot of china counters got battered this year as their debt bond maturing and no free cash to repay go into default. YZJFH unlucky as it is the lender for those borrowers. First few months in 2024 we know if anything happen as market alway know beforehand hehe.

He also said that was how in bad years he still able to give reasonable dividends. This time round, situation is a little different. Excess cash can no longer be used for DI. See what excuse he come out with if dividend remain meagre.  As for YZHFH, luckily already promised at least 40% of profit, no escape!

YZJFH won't be one of them for sure. Wonder what is better than at least 5% dividend? T-bill? If you cancel your T-bill and buy YZJFH below 30 then you can expect huge profit more than you can imagine in next six months.
