x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	compensation to customer for outage by telco? there are uncountable outages worldwide. name me which has really pay compensations?  small people normally give a past as legal cost money.  and those small little print will have something to protec them. even those contracts with liquidity damages for not meeting availability. most of time also useless. what is 1 day out of 365. managers of cooporation will be more eager to get their access first then compensations. some rouge lawyer may try but also rarely heard of success. most likely those bigger accounts may get some better pricing like price stay for a year while others will pay more to ensure more money is put in to support better infra to prevent future outages. their competitors already charged more.  so that is the more likely directions. help by inflation. telco are natural hedge with inflation.
