Outstanding profit for FY stems from her ability to capture the early passenger loads immediately after borders reopened. She will face the same stiff competition again when other airlines completely gear up their planes and crew. So not sure if this outstanding profit can be exceeded or even repeated to justify current price. Even for long term investors, the entry price is critical. Need to do due diligence. I have held SIA at $10 since 2000. Paper loss, but already clawed back most of the cost from the handsome dividends in the earlier years & from SATS shares given by SIA.
