Biolidics has not been performing desite having test kits for covid-19 and with the ending of covid-19, there' s not much of business revenue to contribute to the business. Might be a good news to clearbridge to boost the financials with the offloading of biolidics shareholdings and have more cash liquidity. It might even boost the share price up. Btw, both counters have not paid dividends to shareholders and it' s time that they pay shareholders for their trust in the company. Best is they delist the company since there is not much of volumne for the past few years and no dividend as well. Might as well delist to save cost.

$Clearbridge(1H3.SI) This company is shoring up its cash pile and cash on hand with the sales of the indonesia business and also reduction in Biolidics.
The indonesia business was a great business with huge baggage in terms of the litigation suits. Selling it and then getting a bond along with it makes sense. Basically it will relieve its burden and be able to grab onto future upside if possible.
The selling of biolidics shares are interesting. The most interesting stuff is with all these cash, what is their next plan?

I dont hold clearbridge. But no point speculating , what I think/ you think. Let see how market react next week to China cases. China got billions population, so my guess is medical stock is going to be in play soon. Definitely worth trying since most medical stock are at their all time low price currently.
