Say whatever also quite meaningless to me...either you... 1) Buy 1 lot to subscribe to 3 lots, then buy(say total max 10 lots is your allocation for SATS) again if goes below rights price thereafter. 2) Trade the range, whatever range you see for the time being. 3) Forget about this stock if one feels that the management had failed. Almost two months have passed since SATS announced its plan to acquire WFS, Many things have happened in the world. Repbulicans have taken over the House of Representative, interest rates have soared, etc....yet SATS cant announce its financing plan for the WFS acquisition. Very bad mgmt. Doesnt look good on SATS. Anyone buying SATS at $2.70 is brave and taking a gamble

From its recent actions and the steep plunge in share price, one can attribute to possible deficiencies in one or a combination of: (1) a well thought plan (2) execution (3) communication Professionalism will help i.e. the recent DialogueSession - to provide audito clip andor transcripts available to those investors who are unable to join in live. If not, it means that there is nothing new that is not already disclosed and therefore, it is quite a waste of time. If there is something new, then the other investors will be disadvantaged by not having access to the discussion. Presently in the absence of transcripts, audio or even a minute of the meeting, for those who could not attend.. the uncertainty remains.

sia never passed the " premium" earning to sats, they just squeeze sats further?? so increase in number of flights, sia got good profits. whereas sats kana squeeze by sia and hit by high inflation...so lose $$$$. so need wfs to help make everything blur??

The only reasons I can imagine if SATS is not disclosing any further details can only be : 1) SATS is clueless 2) SATS is under certain NDA agreement that they cannot disclose any further details, waiting for certain milestone to happen before all the news to be released to the public. If scenario 1, SHs & RIs will be very jialat If scenario 2, something big and positive coming.... What do you guys think? |
