 Alert Admin 		Before pandemic, the stock was trading at about $5.
During pandemic, the stock went down to $2.80
After border reopening and before WFS announcement, the stock recovered to about $4.
After announcement, the stock went down to $2.55.
Why ppl are so pessimistic?

SATS often disappoints on results after hopeful expectations and never gives any dividend so results may be being anticipated bit likely to disappoint

More important is to announce the rights issue and quantity - a clarification on this is past the due date

I think it is SATS mgmt' s responsibility to protect and preserve its shareholders value and not subject them to manipulation by BBs.  The best way for SATS mgmt to do this is to be transparent and be timely with its disclosures.  Even if SATS mgmt has not finalised its financing plans, it can tell shareholders what it has done and the progress of the plan.  It cant keep silent and let its SHs grope in the dark

 Alert Admin 		Yes.  The silence and one month lack of clarity can say a lot.  Are these signs of a more serious problem? I used to buy SATS abt i sold mine last month and i am staying clear of SATS until i know what is happening.  Better to be safe than sorry.

No clarity on how SATS will pay for WFS and Rt Issue. 

Imho, will hit $1 to $1.50 after Rts and more downside unless they can put WFS back into the green and reap snergies and cross biz, etc.. more like 2025 before we can see SATS back to a growth trajectory.

Some of us here were very cautious when financing plan was not revealed by SATS.  Cld SATS be facing a problem trying to reconcile the Rights Issue and finalise loans to financing the acquisition.

28 Sep to 31 Oct is a long time for SATS mgmt to remain silent.  Looks like it is not well.

Stay cautious,  There are many other good stocks to buy
