x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I do not think the management is all bad They are moral and upright and have integrity The only problem is that they have handled this takeover badly A clear plan should have been executed with no leakage to Bloomberg and an unambiguous and fixed strategy announced as to how to pay for the takeover The leak was the worst as it obligated them to talk about approximate rights prices etc which now cannot be upheld given the market sentiment They were also very lucky that the market sentiment is so bad I see the share at $2.29 and rights at $1.41 I am holding but will only add at $2.29
